Fridge or freezer not keeping food cold? Please follow these steps
1. Make sure the door is closed completely
2. Unplug Fridge/Freezer. Wait 1 minute. Plug back in. Allow 30 minutes to see if the issue is resolved
3. Listen to the Fridge to see if you hear a noise (is it working, making a loud noise, leaks, etc?)
4. Submit a ticket here including all of the information on when the fridge/freezer stopped working, and what you’ve done to fix the issue. Please include the model and color of the fridge/freezer.
