If you are locked out of your rental property? Please follow these steps.
1. Make sure you have tried all points of access including all doors and windows.
2. You can select between calling a locksmith or calling our emergency line at 724.719.2767 to rekey your property.
3. If you call a locksmith, you are responsible for the rekey charge in full and MUST provide our office with 2 copies of the new keys within 48 hours of the rekey. Failure to provide new keys will result in your account being charged for a drill-out rekey of $225 per door knob/deadbolt once we have been made aware.
4. For immediate assistance, please contact our emergency hotline at 724-766-0734. Alternatively, you can get in touch with our office to arrange a meeting with one of our staff members for key duplication. Please note that this service is contingent on our possession of an existing key. Depending on the circumstances, we may also be able to meet you at the property for rekeying or to grant you access.
