If you have raw sewage backing up into your rental property, please complete the following steps.
1. Immediately stop using any and all plumbing items including toilets, showers, washers, dishwashers, sinks, etc.
2. Immediately call our emergency line at 724.719.2767 or you may submit a ticket here. Please note, that tickets are responded to within 1-2 business days. Emergency line calls are handled as soon as they are received.
3. Please leave your name, the address of the property, and a good number to contact you back at.
4. If you do not hear back from someone within 1 hour of you leaving a message with our answering service, please call back again.
